Acceptance

By accessing this website or signing an order form for ServiceBookCRM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Continued use after we post updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of Service

You may use ServiceBookCRM only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, circumvent security or authentication measures, or overload infrastructure with unreasonable automated traffic.

You are responsible for activity conducted under your credentials and for ensuring that your users comply with these Terms.

Account Registration

Accurate registration information helps us support you. You must safeguard passwords and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that present fraud risk or jeopardize other customers.

Trials convert to paid subscriptions only when you explicitly authorize billing details. Trial data may be purged after a defined retention window if you do not convert.

Payments & Refunds

Fees are billed according to the plan and cadence you select. Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated on an invoice. Late payments may incur finance charges where permitted by law.

Our money-back guarantee applies as described on the pricing page during the stated window. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle unless expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

ServiceBookCRM retains all rights to the software, documentation, and branding. Except for the limited subscription license granted to you, no rights are transferred. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Data Ownership

You own customer, ticket, and operational data entered by your organization. We process it solely to deliver the service, provide support, and meet legal duties. Upon termination, export tools remain available for a reasonable period described in your order documentation.

Service Availability

We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when feasible. Enterprise customers may receive enhanced uptime commitments in a separate exhibit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by statute.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers elsewhere.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
